Canadian labour-market reality
“Best career” is not one list.
Federal projections identify millions of openings through 2033, most driven by replacement and retirements. Shortage risk is concentrated in several health, natural and applied science, construction, and transportation occupations—but projections are signals, not promises to an individual student.
