OUAC and school reporting
Schools send electronic student data. Students should already be checking that names, courses, and contact information are accurate.
This is a school reporting date—not a promise that a university will decide immediately.
Submit earlier when possible. Supplementary applications, portfolios, interviews, auditions, and document deadlines belong on a separate program-by-program list.
Universities receive the corresponding OUAC transmission on the published target date that follows.
Confirm your reported courses and marks through the channels your school and OUAC provide.
The response may be an offer, refusal, or deferral pending more information.
Read every condition before accepting and track residence, deposit, accessibility, and financial-aid tasks separately.
Universities use final grades to confirm that offer conditions and diploma requirements were met.
